Frequently asked questions
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 6.6 or later and PHP 8.1 or later. The included presentation also uses the Themo Landin Companion plugin and Timber. WooCommerce is only needed for cash-on-delivery orders.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Only for cash-on-delivery orders: Themo Landin creates them in WooCommerce. Lead funnels work without it.
What happens when the license expires?
The plugin keeps working on your sites. Updates and support stop after a 14-day grace period, until you renew.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer: Wise, Payoneer or a Moroccan bank (in dirhams at the posted rate). You send the receipt from your account and the license is delivered once it's checked. Card payments are coming soon.
Do test sites count?
No, as long as their address is recognised as local or staging (localhost, .local, .test, staging., dev.…), up to 5 of them.
Who owns the code?
Themo Landin is licensed under the GPL: the code on your site is yours. The license covers updates and support.
Which languages?
Templates come in Darija (right to left) and French. This site and your customer area are in French, Arabic and English.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full within 14 days of payment if the license hasn't been activated on a production site. The details are in the refund policy.
