Refund policy

A full refund within 14 days

If our products don't suit you, we refund you in full when you ask within 14 days of the license's delivery, provided it hasn't been activated on any production site. You don't have to give a reason.

If you are a consumer

You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason and even after activating the license: we refund you in full. That period goes beyond the 7 days set by Moroccan law No. 31-08.

What counts as an activation

A license is activated on a production site as soon as a site other than a recognised local or staging address activates it. Our license server records it, and you can see the list of activated sites in your account. Recognised local and staging addresses don't count (see the terms of sale).

After 14 days or after an activation

A refund is still possible case by case, in particular if a defect we can't fix stops you from using the product as described.

Renewals

A renewal can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of its payment: as of right if you are a consumer, case by case otherwise.

How to ask

Write to our support team (Help in your account) from your account's address, giving the order reference (for example TW-7K3F9Q). We answer by email as soon as possible.

How you are refunded

• The refund is sent by transfer, through the same method as your payment where possible, within 14 days of our approval.
• We refund the amount you paid, in the currency you paid in: dirhams for a transfer in dirhams, dollars otherwise.
• Bank or exchange fees charged by your bank or payment service are not refunded.
• A license whose purchase is refunded is deactivated: the key stops working, and updates and support stop. The code already installed remains usable under the GNU GPL license.

Reversed or disputed payments

If a payment is reversed or disputed with your bank or payment service, the license is suspended until the matter is settled.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to the rights the law gives you, in particular as a consumer, and doesn't limit them.
